A new treatment for that can work within 10 minutes has launched in the UK.
It is a gel called Eroxon, and has been clinically proven to work for people with mild to severe erectile dysfunction.

Eroxon is applied to the head of the penis, where the gel evaporates, with this evaporation stimulates vascular and neural nerve endings by rapidly cooling and warming the area. The release of nitric oxide is also how other erectile dysfunction (ED) treatments such as Viagra work, but they have the disadvantage of relaxing blood vessels in the entire body, since they are taken orally and not applied directly. These side effects mean people with pre-existing health conditions, such as heart and liver disease, cannot take oral ED pills. They are also not safe for people who have recently had a stroke, and cannot be taken with some prescription medicines.
